For scheduling meetings, I use an external service provided by Cal.com, Inc.. When you book an appointment through Cal.com, your personal data (such as your name, email address, and selected time) are collected and processed by Cal.com according to their own Privacy Policy.
Cal.com may process this information as a data processor acting on my behalf, or as an
independent data controller, depending on the circumstances.
I only use this
information to manage and confirm scheduled meetings.
Data Retention
Personal data provided via email or Cal.com are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or manage the scheduled meeting.
Business correspondence may be archived for up to five (5) years in accordance with Polish civil law and tax obligations.
Technical server logs are typically stored by Vercel for a short period (usually up to 30 days) for security and diagnostic purposes.
